Most standard orders will ship out within 3-7 business days of ordering. Custom orders may have extended ship time.

Your order will be shipped Standard / USPS  and typically arrives 3-7 business days from shipped date.

Our Standard shipping charge is $9.00 and up depending on the total weight of items.

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner MTM Art Metal.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking number.
MTM Art Metal cannot be held responsible for packages once they are in the USPS system.

We currently use PayPal as our online payment processor. This is for your convenience and security as they are known as one of the most secure forms of payment processing on the web.

We hope you like your purchase but in the event that you need to make a return the item must be in original, unused condition and must be within the 30 day of receipt period. No exchanges or refunds are available after 30 days.

Any form of refund would be the same as the purchase payment (less shipping), when the item is received as returned.

In the event a return is approved you will be responsible for shipping charges.
